MyBizzPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what MyBizz (zevixo.in, app.zevixo.in) collects, why, and your choices. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account: your mobile number, used to log in with a one-time code.
- Shop details: shop name, owner name, contact number and address that you enter.
- Your business data: supplier names, their WhatsApp numbers and what they supply, product lists, orders and drafts.
- Payments: plan, amount, date and payment reference from Razorpay. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
Why we use it
Only to run MyBizz: log you in, save your lists and orders, prepare WhatsApp messages, manage your plan, provide support, and send you service updates or offers about MyBizz. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase stores your data (database in Mumbai, India) and handles login.
- Razorpay processes payments.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the order messages you send, and may carry service messages from us.
Supplier numbers
Supplier phone numbers are used only to open WhatsApp when you send them an order. We do not contact your suppliers.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is in use. When you delete a store, its details, suppliers and products are deleted. You can ask us to delete your whole account and remaining data at any time; we do this within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can view and correct your data in the app, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent by deleting your account. Contact us below.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and protected by access rules so only you can read your stores. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone locked.

MyBizz is for business owners aged 18 or older.
